🙌 The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic QA & Support Contractor to help us stay connected to our users and improve the reliability of our products. You’ll monitor incoming support tickets, respond to customer issues, and help organize recurring bugs and feedback into actionable improvements. You’ll also help us maintain and expand our public knowledge base and internal documentation across Zendesk and GitBook.
This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a product mindset, and an interest in music tech.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Monitoring Zendesk and responding to customer support tickets with clarity, care, and speed
- Building and maintaining support documentation in Zendesk Help Center and GitBook
- Organizing and escalating recurring bugs, UX issues, and product feedback
- Coordinating across engineering, web, and management to surface and help prioritize recurring issues
- Occasionally testing product releases and updates to help verify reported issues or QA fixes
🧠Ideal candidate
- Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through when helping customers
- Comfortable with technical concepts and product troubleshooting
- Experience with Zendesk, GitBook, or similar documentation platforms
- Bonus: Experience with music software, audio plugins, or DAWs is a huge plus
- Bonus: Familiarity with QA workflows, bug tracking, and project management tools
